Ticket requests are now closed, but we are still accepting returns. If you are still looking for tickets for Christmas at Christian Life, please arrive early and our hosts will do their best to accommodate you and your family. It is our desire that everyone gets an opportunity to attend!
I will not be able to attend because I could not get tickets for the service time my family and I are able to attend. What can I do?
Tickets are meant to ensure that everyone is able to attend Christmas at Christian Life, not to keep people from being able to attend. If you were not able to get tickets for a service time you need, you can join the waitlist for that service and as people return tickets they no longer need, they will be made available to you. We will do everything we can to make sure you and your family are able to attend.
I have tickets I don’t need. What do I do?
On your confirmation email there is a link at the bottom to “log in to access tickets and manage your orders”. You can delete orders using this link. If you need to return only part of an order or if you need assistance, you can send an email detailing the tickets you want to return to [email protected] and we can do it for you!
I’m serving. Do I need tickets?
You will only need tickets for the service(s) you will be sitting in. You will not need tickets for services in which you will be serving.
Do my kids need tickets?
The service is designed for your whole family to enjoy! All kids age 5 and older will be in the service. You will need to reserve a ticket for them unless you wish to have them sit on your lap for the service.
What about my kids younger than 5 years old?
Childcare is provided and recommended for preschool aged children and younger. Any child checked into childcare will not need a ticket. If you wish to have your children with you in the service, you are welcome to reserve a ticket for them and bring them into the service.
How much do the tickets cost?
Why do we do tickets for this?
Christmas at Christian Life is the largest attended service of the year. We want everyone to be able to be a part of one of our five services and bring as many friends and family members as you would like. Without tickets, we cannot ensure that you, your family, and those you bring will be able to have a seat in the service because there is no way of gaging how many people will arrive to a given service. Tickets allow us to ensure everyone has the best experience at Christmas at Christian Life.
I reserved my tickets online. Now what?
Tickets are sent digitally to the email address of the person who reserved them. There are three options for bringing your tickets to the service:
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Our Hosts have digital copies of all ticket orders. If you lose yours, we will be able to look it up at the door when you arrive.
What if I have a friend or neighbor who I want to invite last minute, but I don’t have a ticket for them?
Our hope is to get everyone into a service, not keep people out of them. After everyone with a ticket is seated, we will do everything we can to accommodate those who do not have tickets. It is not uncommon for some tickets to go unused, which opens a few seats each service.
