FAQ

Q: Can I still give through Fellowship One?
A: To better your giving experience we are migrating completely to Pushpay. You will still be able to login to Fellowship One to see your history, whether you have given with Pushpay, Fellowship One, or Text2Give. However, all future giving should be directed to Pushpay using the button above.

Q: Do you still offer text giving?
A: Yes, text the keyword CLVA to 77977 and you can give on your mobile phone or tablet.

Q: I have recurring giving setup in Fellowship One, can I leave that in place?
A: You will want to delete your current recurring giving record in Fellowship One and set up a new giving record with Pushpay. Login to your Fellowship One account and navigate to the “Schedules” tab to delete your existing giving record. Then begin your new giving through Pushpay here.

Q: Does it matter if I choose to give through my credit card or checking account?
A: We would highly recommend that if you have the option or choice, please choose to give through your checking account over your credit card.
