Ministry Approach

The ultimate goal of every church is to fulfill the great commission; leading people to Christ and making disciples of Jesus Christ. Every church however, has a unique ministry model and DNA in how they accomplish those goals. Our goal is to keep our ministry model simple, scalable, and scriptural. One value for us is to make sure that Christian Life has a balanced approach to how we do ministry. The Core Values of the Cross The cross has both vertical and horizontal components. Vertically we connect with the Father, horizontally we connect with one another. Our goal is walk in balance on both efforts. We are told in scripture that true worshipers worship in Spirit and Truth. (John 4:23) We deeply desire the balance of a Spirit-filled and Spirit-led life, while at the same time being anchored in the Word of God. Jesus also said that all other commandments hang on two key principles, Love God, and love your neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-40) Our desire is to have a healthy and balanced approach to outreach to the lost, and discipleship of God's people within the four walls of the church. Our Ministry Structure To ensure a balanced approach on our connection with God, and our connection to one another and the world, our church is broken into 4 key areas of ministry.
